Amy is a managing associate in the commercial litigation group, specialising in construction, engineering and rail disputes. She has extensive experience of a range of dispute resolution procedures including arbitration, litigation, adjudication, ADR and rail industry procedure.
Amy advises contractors, employers, subcontractors, and train operating companies in resolving international and domestic disputes. She has experience in a range of sectors including commercial rail, transport infrastructure, energy and power and commercial developments.
