Bobbie is an associate in the commercial, outsourcing and technology group and advises on general commercial matters and data protection.
Bobbie advises clients on a range of commercial matters such as drafting and negotiating contracts for the supply and distribution of goods and services, as well as franchising and outsourcing agreements.
Bobbie also gained valuable commercial experience on her secondments to a life sciences company and to UCB, a large international pharmaceutical company.
Bobbie advises on data protection matters including advising on compliance with the GDPR and drafting data protection compliant documentation.
