Philip is an associate in the aviation, rail and leasing team, with a focus on rail as well as a broad range of experience in different areas of the asset finance sector. He has worked in-house and has a clear understanding of client perspectives.
Philip has finance experience, both in the rail industry and in other sectors, including aviation and more general asset finance. Philip brings over eight years in-house experience, with considerable experience of managing complex multi-tiered transactions.
Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Philip worked in-house project managing a highly complex dual track exit with follow-on bond issue for one of the UK's leading partnership homebuilders.
